These steps are required for setting up of your account only during the POC and not representative of a final product.
The functionality to self-register is disabled for the demo, but we would be happy to send you credentials with which you can set up an account.

The below is intended as additional guidance should you have any questions.
From the home screen, click on the login button.
You will be prompted to enter an email address and a passcode.
This information would have been shared with you via email.
At first login you will be prompted to change the passcode.
The passcode is a combination of six numbers.
You can connect the email, calendar and contacts integration connected to the Google account we set up for you (e.g. firstname.lastname.omni@gmail.com) , in addition to any of your Google or Microsoft integrations you may want to add.
To add an integration, please follow the following steps:
Click on the first integration that you want to add , e.g. Google Calendar
Depending on your choice, you will be taken to different sites to provide the permissions
Microsoft 365 Outlook Mail, Microsoft 365 Outlook Calendar, Microsoft 365 Outlook Contacts
You will be taken to a Microsoft dialogue.
There you can enter the email address and password of the account you want to connect.
Microsoft will ask you if you want to stay signed in. To continue, click on either option.
Google Calendar and Google People
You will be taken to a Google dialogue.
There you can select the account you want to connect (e.g. your firstname.lastname.omni@gmail.com account).
Google will ask you if you want to give Work-API access.
To continue, click on "allow".
Special case for Gmail:
Gmail requires any app that uses 'sensitive scope' to undergo a security assessment.
Whilst livil ensures that we already fulfill and exceed the criteria, we will only go through the lengthy security assessment also with this app when we enter series development.
In the meantime, whilst this app is in prototype state, Google will show you a warning. This is not representative of the user experience in a product-grade solution.
To connect a Gmail account, please follow the steps outlined in the app.
After adding the integration you will be informed of the name of the integration, e.g. "Google calendar account 1".
This information may be helpful later if you want to refer to it in a voice command.
You will also be asked to specify whether the connected account is a work account or a personal account.
This information is used to allow you to toggle between work and personal accounts when you use the app.
You can connect as many accounts as you would like.
At a minimum, two integrations need to be connected to test
1 x email account
1 x calendar account
When you reach that minimum you can proceed with the setup by clicking the 'continue' button.
This step is not always relevant and can be skipped by clicking continue in any case.
If you want to set default accounts:
Default accounts will be used when you start a new email or new event, but you can still change it back to a different account at any point.
